We follow a model that serves as a blueprint for identifying the critical junctures that must be addressed in order for us to come up with the right team for the task.
For example, a Request for Proposal (RFP) provides the needs that must be addressed. The RFP is carefully analyzed and challenged, if necessary, in order to arrive at a clear understanding of the objectives and expected deliverables.
The Required Skills to deliver are then identified and the top talent, relevant to the needs, is brought in.
Our model recognizes “Critical Junctures”, i.e. where it is key to focus attention in order to arrive at the right project team: The Required Skills must match the RFP needs and, at the same time, the talent must match the Required Skills, as well as the project’s nature. By focusing our attention on these junctures, we ensure that we design the right fit.
